544708_186205421508584_1161326127_nChanging the engineering curriculum and engineering education more generally is very difficult.  Industry over the past several decades has developed a discipline of change management to help make change more systematically, and A Whole New Engineer (here), calls in Chapter 9 for Changing the Way We Change.

This twitter chat considers the obstacles to change in engineering education and how they might be overcome.  Join me, Dave Goldberg, on Wednesday, 14 May at 8pm ET for a twitter chat that explores this important topic.  Two useful sources for our conversation will be John Kotter’s work, especially Leading Changeand the Heath Brothers’ work, especially, Switch.

Join us tomorrow – Wednesday May 14th 2014, 8 pm EDT on #BigBeacon
